A Community Leader and a native Washingtonian, she has an intimate knowledge of neighborhoods in the Metropolitan area. She specializes in First-Time Homebuyer programs and services for seniors. Ayo Bryant Director of Business Development
Ayo manages strategic business development for Avanti Real Estate Services and leads the expansion and marketing of the company’s portfolio of services designed to assist governmental agencies in meeting their mandates. Ayo has more than 15 years of leadership experience in the public sector and attended Case Western Reserve University. Prior to joining Avanti, Ayo consulted as an organization development professional and political strategist.
Hira Waheed, Executive Assistant
Hira coordinates business transactions as well as provides administrative support and services that facilitate the company CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization. A lifetime resident of the DMV, Hira has broad experience in residential real estate services, property management, and affordable housing programs. She holds a BA degree in Global Affairs from George Mason University.
William Jordan, Executive Director
William Jordan is the Executive Director of Avanti Business Services (ABS), a division of Avanti Real Estate Services. ABS provides business technology, data conversion, and related professional services. He also specializes in supporting the unique business automation, process design, and IT support service needs of governmental agencies. William obtained his degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University.
Darcy Jackson, IT Administrator
Darcy is Avanti’s Information Technology (IT) Administrator, overseeing and maintaining all aspects of Avanti’s computer infrastructure. With over 35 years in the IT industry, he specializes in network solutions and cyber security systems. He is also responsible for various parts of managing development projects utilizing the full system development lifecycle to include cyber security assessments, configuration management, incident response, continuous monitoring as well as disaster response.
